My Role
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life! My goal as a wedding photographer is to make your photography experience easy, fun, and natural! I will be your dress fluffer, boutonniere pinner, jokester, dance partner, and new best friend! I’m here for you in whatever you need throughout the time leading up to your day, the day itself, and even once everything is over! I invest in my couples and love creating lifelong friendships with them! Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience!

We will connect over the phone or meet for coffee to get to know each other better and chat about your vision for your day! (I can’t wait!!) If it’s a match all you have to do is sign the online contract and send the retainer payment and you are officially a KLP couple!!

We will then meet for your engagement session to have some fun capturing the love you two share together! This session is so important as it gives you the chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, so on your wedding day you feel confident and relaxed!

In the months leading up to your big day, we will connect over e-mail to create a custom photography timeline to make sure everything you want captured is captured. We will also develop a family photo shot list to ensure you have portraits with all of the most important people in your lives. Throughout your planning process, I am available any time to offer advice, share recommendations, and help with whatever you need!

On your wedding day, I have photography covered. Everything from the candid moments as you get ready to marry your best friend to the laughs and tears that come from the speeches during the reception. All you need to do is just soak in the love and joy that surrounds you on the best day of your life!

Once you receive your online wedding gallery, it’s time to design your Album! Heirloom linen albums are available to be added on to all packages. You will choose your favorite photos from your wedding gallery and I will design a book that tells the beautiful story of your day. Once your album looks perfect it will be hand crafted and shipped directly to you to enjoy and share with friends and family for years to come.

I cannot say enough good things about Kenzie! From the moment we met with her to talk about our big day, my husband and I knew we had to have her be a part of it! While her portfolio and social media clearly show what amazing photos she takes, having Kenzie as a photographer was so much more than that! The day went so smoothly because she was so organized. o From the first time we spoke with Kenzie I knew I wanted her to be our photographer. She is so kind, warm, and invested in what she does. And her photos are in natural light, so they look so crisp, light, and beautiful. We loved our engagement photos and of course our wedding photos are nothing short of amazing as well! When it got closer towards the wedding, I had a freak out about creating my timeline for the day. I expressed this to Kenzie, and she sent me an email asking only 6 questions, and from there she put together a base timeline for me to work with. I know this was not in her job description, but she did it for me and I was SO appreciative because I needed this base to see the basics of the day and what I needed to account for. Kenzie made all of us feel at ease & comfortable on the day of the wedding, and our bridal party shots were fun, natural, and classy. Kenzie had so many awesome ideas for “poses” during our bride/groom portraits, and they are some of my favorite pics. She had all our photos edited in one month, which I felt was a great turn-around time. Kenzie was professional and always got back to us quickly. I even emailed her a couple times asking non-photography related questions because she was so kind and helpful. Kenzie worked very well with all my other vendors, and was super approachable. I would recommend her to anyone and in fact, my in laws used her for their engagement photos after I told them how great she was!! Their photos turned out beautifully as well. Overall, thank you for everything, Kenzie!!

We could not have been happier with our decision to hire Kenzie as our wedding photographer. We interviewed four other photographers that have been in the business for years and none of them even came close in comparison to Kenzie's initial presentation. She was extremely professional, organized and made us feel at ease. After our engagement photoshoot, my fiancé (who was not excited about being lovey dovey in front of a camera) could not stop raving about how great she was and how comfortable she made us feel. She acted not only as our photographer but also helped us tremendously with figuring out our timeline and making sure the day went as smoothly as possible.
